Select Save As from the File menu or click the Save Report As button to save the report information in a document file. A dialog appears, allowing you to specify a name and location for the document. The dialog also contains a pop-up menu with the names of several Macintosh application programs, including Virex. The report will be saved as a document of the application you select. This allows you to save reports that can be opened by other applications such as word processors and text editors. You must save the report as a Virex document if you want to open it later with the Virex application.
